Who We Are
Square Peg Community Foundation, Inc. is a charitable nonprofit dedicated to empowering individuals with special needs and the families who support them. We exist to bridge the gap between what individuals need to thrive and what insurance, public funding and traditional systems often fail to provide.
Through access to essential adaptive equipment, AAC tools, family and therapist education, inclusive community programs and collaborating with community partners we help individuals communicate, connect, and reach their fullest potential and independence. Our work is rooted in compassion, collaboration, and family-centered care. We are driven by the belief that every individual deserves meaningful opportunities to grow and be included.
Our Mission

How We Are Funded
- Individual Giving: Online donations, Colorado Gives Day, and grassroots fundraising.
- Corporate Sponsorships: Partnerships with local businesses, medical providers, DME suppliers, and AAC companies.
- Foundation & Government Grants: Community health foundations and disabilities-focused grant makers.
- Fundraising Events: Charity walks, auctions, and community-centered events that raise awareness and connection.
